telephone 214-521-4161.

When I called the number on May 3, 2010, It was answered by the receptionist at HP Town Hall. I asked for the HPCL office and I was told that I would be transferred to Gayle Kirby. Ms. Kirby is coincidentally HP's Deputy Secretary.

When I identified myself, she said that she only received their mail.

This website was promoted by the HPCL which is a PAC. They placed their signs in Highland Park resident lawns and encouraged the public to visit their website for more information.

When the public visited the HPCL's web address, the page to the left appeared with the HP Town Hall contact information.
