On March 30, 2010, I notified HP
town secretary, James Fisher, and requested the resignation of Stephen Rogers. Mr. Rogers is a candidate for HP Council Member.

I am a passionate believer in fairness and open government. I believe Mr. Rogers relationship with HP town attorney, Albert Hammack is a serious conflict of interest.

I have fairly given Mr. Fisher and Mr. Rogers a fair opportunity to do the right thing for our town.

I believe Mr. Rogers should be a good steward of this HP community and resign.
