Sam will ask the tough questions
  1. Why has the current town council failed to protect our residents and not conduct criminal background checks on approximately 50 staff employees? Why has the current town council failed to secure our neighborhood, homes, families, and children by refusing to conduct these criminal background checks?
  2. Why has the current town council failed to stop the demolishing of historic homes?
  3. Why are green spaces disappearing at rapid rates with the construction of near zero lots?
  4. Why is public election information being refused when requested by the public? Why has our town secretary, James Fisher, and his Deputy Secretary, Gayle Kirby refused this information in the past?
  5. Why did the refusal of public information occur from our town government when other towns freely released it on March 8?
  6. Why did the Town Secretary claim that there were open candidate applications and use this as an excuse for not disclosing who was running for HP Council Member on March 8, 2010? Why did the town secretary tell the Dallas Morning News on March 9, 2010 to file an open reords request (and after the deadline had passed) to find out who HP's Council candidates were? Why was it until Wednesday, March 10, that HP candidate information was released to the Dallas Morning News? Why was the town secretary, James Fisher, not able to disclose the names of these open applications when asked by Sam Tamborello? Is secrecy good government?
